Bill is a producer and on-air
commentator for the RBC network and for Sports
Spectrum Radio. His background in interviewing
Christian Sports personalities as well as his
own life lessons learned through years of
serving God in radio ministry make for
compelling stories of faith and perseverance.
Bill serves as the chaplain for the Grand Rapids
Rampage of the Arena Football League and the
Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey
League. He relates well to men and Youth and his
stories of great sports stars opens up
tremendous doors to invite non-believers.
Bills experience in broadcasting
also makes him a sought after workshop and
seminar leader. His knowledge of many well known
sports personalities gives him an edge with his
audience (especially male audiences). Bill has a
great gift of teaching which makes him an
invaluable tool to be used by corporations and
organizations as well as for Churches and para-church
ministries. Bill Houston
grew up in Havre de Grace, Maryland, and began
his radio career as a child by hooking up a
5-watt transmitter to his house antenna and
"playing radio." In high school, Bill sharpened
his skills by volunteering at the campus radio
station. From there, he built a career in
secular radio.
