"Josh has the rare ability to communicate
with large groups, while establishing a
personal connection with each individual.
His character is above reproach, his
delivery is very personal and his messages
are always worthwhile. His swimming
successes reflect his commitment to
excellence, and his long record of speaking
with youth and professional audiences gives
him a leg up on the competition. As a
motivational speaker, Josh has a golden
touch!"
John Naber

television broadcaster
“We have had Josh as a guest
speaker at several of our client events over
the past year. He has done an outstanding
job with conveying his inspirational Olympic
dream to a reality story to our audience.
The principals he speaks on transcends the
swimming pool to everyday common application
from youth groups to board rooms to client
appreciation events. I would not hesitate in
recommending Josh Davis as a
featured/keynote speaker at your next
event."

"As an American Record holder and multiple
Olympic Gold medalist, Josh Davis'
competitive performances are well
documented. His greatest contributions to
the success of the USA National Team,
however, came outside of the pool. The fact
that he was elected Team Captain by his
Olympic Team peers is testimony to his
strong leadership. Josh Davis was the model
leader.he was a fierce competitor, but very
respectful of his competitors, officials and
coaches; he personified an unselfish "team
first" attitude, and was a counselor, mentor
and friend to his teammates; he energized
the team with his positive attitude, but was
humble in victory and gracious in defeat. In
short, Josh Davis was a great ambassador for
the USA Team and the sport of swimming
throughout his national team career."
Tom Jamerson
Wheaton Academy Athletic Director

attested by his Olympic Medals. But more
than that he is an outstanding person who
has had a major impact on the lives of many
young people through his speeches and
appearances. I have seen young and old alike
hang on every word Josh says as he relates
his story and encouragement to all. He is an
outstanding athlete, broadcaster and
motivational speaker who has the God given
ability to make a difference in peoples
lives. I am honored and blessed to have
worked with Josh on many projects, from
broadcasting to special events, and would
not hesitate to have Josh as a featured
speaker no matter what the event. "

the real deal."

"Josh's speech was very moving, brought
tears to my eyes on several occasions. You
can feel that he wasn't speaking to sell
anything to anyone, just to instill the
value of self assurance and happiness. He
inspired me to push harder, think outside
the box and about other people's feelings a
little more. On a personal level, I took a
lot of his comments to heart. How just one
sentence can change someone's life! "You can
do it, or I believe in you or simply, I'm
proud of you..." AT&T Tax Conference
"Josh Davis appeals to all age
groups-children to elderly- because he
speaks from the heart on life, and he
engages you to be apart of that life. His
personal journey to be the best in the world
in a particular sport translated well for us
to identify with being the best individual
/employee/tax professional/tax
department-World class tax. Delivered. In a
relaxed and non-intimidating manner, Josh
Davis carried the theme of our conference in
his message for us to develop the (tax)
Olympian within ourselves. Josh Davis was a
welcome breath of fresh air after hours of
technical business presentations."

"Wheaton Academy was blessed to have Josh
come speak to our school as part of our
Chapel program. He was fantastic. He
connected with our students in a powerful
way and challenged them to lead a victorious
Christian life. The best part for our
students was to see a guy on top of the
sports world be completely real and honest
with them. I can't wait to have him speak to
my athletes next year."

Program
A fifth generation San
Antonio native, Josh had his start in the
San Antonio School Districts. He continued
his education at The University of Texas
where he was National record holder and
champion. In 2004, The University of Texas
inducted Josh into The Hall of Honor in
recognition of his accomplishments
in-and-out of the pool. After spending 13
years in Austin, Josh returned home to San
Antonio to give back to the community that
gave so much to him. Josh has a passion for
young people and desires to see them succeed
in school, sport and life. "My goal is to
inspire as many San Antonio kids as
possible! If even a fraction of the kids
that I get to speak to make a decision to
pursue excellence in their gifts then this
city will be a better place! But my hope is
that ever young person realizes that if this
San Antonio boy can become one of the best
in the world at something then they can
too!"
